When I belonged to a gym, I loved taking classes since the group setting pressured me not to quit 13 minutes into a workout (something I've been known to do). And while ideally I'd love to be able to still attend classes on a regular basis, it's hard to do now that my schedule is so much more hectic. But instead of swearing off exercise altogether, I've been squeezing in high intensity workouts that I find for free on YouTube. Here are the videos I like, split up by arms, butt and legs, and abs.
*Tip for Arms: If you don't have weights you can use water bottles or even cans of beans. They'll still get the trick done.
