It often feels like three-day weekends fall exactly when I need them (or is it that I always feel like I need a three-day weekend?). Either way, I love heading into the weekend knowing that I don't need to cram everything into just two days, and we have a lot to do this weekend—barbecues, dinner with friends, a trip to the "up and down," as Sloan likes to call the Griffith Park carousel. We'll also be toasting to all of the brave men and women who have served and sacrificed for our country.

P.S., We're taking Monday off—hope you're able to do the same. Look forward to seeing you back here Tuesday!
