Five Things
This week got off to a slow start. I woke up Monday feeling a lingering uneasiness about a few things, some more important than others. But when G suggested we have lunch out that day (instead of hunched over our desks typing and eating, like most Mondays), it completely shifted my mindset. The frustrations that threatened to cloud my whole week were forgotten, and I left the restaurant feeling centered and excited. It was a great reminder that sometimes all it takes is one small change in routine to reset.
