After six weeks I just got cleared to start exercising again, which has its pros and cons. While I look forward to being more active, part of me will miss the leisurely, couch potato bliss of post-pregnancy relaxation. Thankfully spring is here, which should make the transition a little easier, with long weekend walks followed by brunch at home.
