I'm very fortunate to control my own schedule, but I usually don't take advantage of that flexibility. I often view vacations as periods of time where work is not getting done, but this past week I made a conscious effort to change my perspective and simply focus on the present. It's not always going to happen, but worrying about what "could be" removes the ability to enjoy what "should be."
