Daylight Saving struggles.

{Sunday morning breakfast}

I need to remind myself that Daylight Saving Time, once you're a parent, is a whole new ball game. Sloan woke up before 5 a.m. multiple days in a row, which made it difficult to find my footing (and resulted in me going to bed by 8 p.m.). But despite the sleep deprivation, I'm excited about everything to come in the upcoming season. Next week I have a quick work trip to Toronto planned and as an added bonus, I'm taking Cristina with me, which will turn it into a fun girls getaway. I've only been to Toronto once, so if you have any recommendations for things to do/eat/see, we'd be so appreciative of your advice! In the meantime, we'll be shuttling Sloan to and from different dates this weekend (her social calendar is suddenly much fuller than ours), but look forward to spending at least one evening outside by our fire pit with drinks in hand, now that it's finally cooling off. Have a good one! x
