This morning was our first day back in the office with our full team, following the holidays! Fueled with fresh bagels kindly brought in by Emily and Geoffrey, we made the unanimous decision to push back all meetings for another hour to discuss our breaks and, more importantly, the Golden Globes. Here, in no particular order, is a rough account of our team's favorite moments and outfits from last night:

1. Jennifer Aniston's sweet reaction to Brad Pitt's joke in his speech.

Brad Pitt for the win, always. Thank you to the cameraman who cut to Jen right after Brad said, "I wanted to bring my mom, but I couldn't, because any woman I stand next to, they say I'm dating."

*side note, we are exclusively referring to Leo as LDC from now on, since Brad apparently does.

2. Phoebe Waller-Bridge's sparkling pant suit.

This was easily Emily's favorite look of the night, in addition to Margot Robbie and Cate Blanchett's.

3. Tom Hank's cough syrup-fueled, yet endearing, acceptance speech.

Honestly, you don't have to watch past the first line where he gets emotional about his love of his wife, Rita (whose makeup person never showed??). We love you, Tom (although we are split on Charlize presenting the award to him, which was either sweet or a bit random, depending how you consider it?).

4. Ricky Gervais's opening speech.

Did Ricky need to get any approval for his opening speech? One thing is for sure: He went there. Here's to 2020 being full of moments when you're true to yourself and call it like you see it.

5. Did anyone else notice Renée Zellweger's new Southern accent?

We were a little thrown...

6. Awkwafina's history-making win and call-out to her dad.

"I told you I'd get a job, Dad!" Cheers to the first Asian-American to win Best Actress at the Golden Globes! Side note: Emily saw "The Farewell" over break and if you're looking for a truly fantastic film (and a decent cry), be sure to watch it.

7. Gwyneth Paltrow's skin-baring dress.

Emily and Leslie love the diamonds under this golden-brown dress, which suits her perfectly. That said, our office remains divided on Gwen's ab revealing frock, as Emily's viewing party was last night. You either love it or hate it—many women in our office feel it was a bit too skin-baring. Which team are you on?

8. Michelle Williams's moving speech about a woman's right to choose.

"I know my choices might look different than yours but thank God, or whoever you pray to, that we are free to live by yours. So women 18 to 118, when it is time to vote, please do so in your own self-interest. It is what men have been doing for years."

9. Jason Momoa's velvet epic outfit and Billy Porter's feathery cape.

No controversy here. Literally every single one of us is obsessed with Jason and counted him as best-dressed man of the night, except for maybe Billy Porter. That feathery cape!

10. Sandra Bullock's hair.

Jess is bringing a photo of Bullock's Golden Globes look to her haircut this weekend. Also, does she not age?!

11. Kate McKinnon's tribute to Ellen Degeneres.

A list of things Ellen has personally given to Kate ("some spiritual, some pieces of clothing").
