There really isn't a time of day when I wouldn't be content eating pizza. Whether it's for breakfast or a late night snack, I don't discriminate. I came across this recipe a few weeks back and have probably made it five times since then. It has no tomato sauce, but the lemony garlic butter complements the roasted potatoes and chicken perfectly. You could easily spend the day kneading the dough, but I buy mine for a few dollars at a local pizzeria. Plus, that extra time would be better spent making something like this for dessert.
