I've always loved the arrival of spring. The days feel infinitely longer and there's a lightness in the air that only comes around once a year. I want to savor each moment of sun, so the things I prepare in the kitchen are quick to prepare and full of fresh flavors. I first discovered this recipe for Pea Pesto Crostini around the holidays (seen here) and it's been a staple ever since.
