Far too often, we eat while doing other tasks. Whether it's checking emails while spooning through a bowl of cereal, or quietly snacking on a protein bar during a phone call, we're prone to eat whenever it's convenient. Lately, we've been working on changing this behavior and dedicating time to tuning out of work to focus on the meal. As the days have gotten warmer, we've been taking advantage of our front yard and this past week we decided to enjoy one of our Blue Apron meals outside, while Sloan was napping. We love Korean food, so it was a nice surprise to receive these turkey steam buns, with cucumber radish kimchi, as one of our meal options. They were flavorful and spicy with just the right amount of crunch and sweetness. The preparation was quick and pairing it with a clementine soda was the perfect way to spend an hour outside.
