Everyone has their go-to brunch dish and for me, it's French Toast. However, if I'm serving more than one person, I often find myself spending half the time in the kitchen, making fresh batches every time the plate is emptied, which is why these french toast fingers are a great alternative. The smaller slices are the perfect sample size for multi-dish meals and since the recipe is baked (rather than cooked in a pan), it's all done at once.
