Considering my love of Halloween and since today's the first day of October, I felt it was only appropriate to kick off the month with a candy recipe. I'm not usually drawn to fudge, but I've been dealing with a ridiculous craving for Oreos lately, so when I saw this Oxmoor House recipe for "Cookies and Cream" fudge, I knew I had to give them a try. Like all fudge, this is definitely not a light treat (even with the marshmallow fluff), but the mixture of white chocolate and classic sandwich cookies is an unbeatable combination and when packaged up, also makes a great gift.
