Caramel corn is a magical thing. Even at the height of my most angsty teenage years, my dad would occasionally make homemade caramel corn for my friends and me while we watched movies and it immediately brought us right back to childhood. It's still one of my favorite traditions and a decade later, I make it anytime I'm feeling particularly homesick. Since we're less than a week away from Halloween, I figured it would be a great time to make this classic treat (recipe here) to accompany the growing stack of horror movies next to the TV.
