Angel Food cake is one of those deceptively tricky desserts, that seems really simple on the page, but can easily end up failing if you're not careful. I followed this Alton Brown recipe, which also provides a helpful video to help ensure your cake ends up light and fluffy. I love the flavor combination of toasted coconut and chocolate whipped cream, but this cake is so simple almost anything you add will taste fantastic. In the summer I'll ditch the idea of a frosting altogether in lieu of fresh berries drizzled on top.
