I've been on the hunt for a menswear-inspired trench, so as soon as I saw this oversized hooded version, I grabbed it immediately. There's a picture of my late grandfather in a similar coat on a blustery day in Paris and this one makes me think of him. Since I never take off his gold chainlink bracelet, apparently I was more inspired by his early day fashion (not so much the velour sweatsuits later in life) than I'd previously realized.
