The transition from Summer to Fall usually involves dusting off boxes of sweaters and replacing the contents with heaps of dresses. Not this season. Instead, I'm eager to incorporate my warm-weather pieces with the help of some textured tights, flat boots and patterned scarves. Below are some floral dresses that all have the potential to be regulars in my Fall wardrobe. This Kimchi Blue Botanical Dress has such wonderful, vintage appeal and despite its floral pattern, the muted colors make it completely appropriate for Autumn. I'd pair it with a floppy beanie and some bright red tights. The black and floral pairing on the Victoria Dress is perfect for a Summer music festival, but when paired with a cream-colored boyfriend cardigan and patent belt, it could easily transition to cooler temperatures. The periwinkle color of this Ditsy Ruffle Front Dress and flutter sleeves just begs to be offset with a thick, studded belt and riding boots.
