Though today's jewels are no less embellished, if worn correctly, they can add an expected pop of glamour to any outfit. Several ground rules to keep in mind: 1. Skip the Cubic Zirconia: nobody will be fooled by your 4 carat rock 2. Focus on one main gem: over-the-top embellishment will only appear ostentatious 3.
