When I first tried on this dress in the Gap fitting room, I envisioned the leather being really stiff and somehow getting stuck with it halfway on. It's an ongoing panic-inducing scenario that I go through anytime I'm trying on clothes, which stemmed from one horrific incident when I had to call in the store employee to help me get out of a blouse that was obviously not the right size. But to my delight, the leather's suprisingly soft and supple and the basic cut makes it wonderfully versatile.
