When I was in second grade, I really leaned into neon. It was 1989 and between my side ponytail, oversized shirts that hit at the knee and my day-glo yellow shoes, I was all about embracing the trend. I'm not as focused on that anymore, instead I pay more attention to tailored silhouettes and classic pieces, but this lace dress in a notice-me shade was too fun to pass up.
