Coral Playsuit

Publish date:

Eyelet mostly comes in white with an occasional black option on the market, so I wanted to design a fun, colorful way to embrace the fabric for my summer collection. I fell in love with this punchy papaya hue and created a top and short set for playsuit effect with mix-and-match versatility. I initially pictured it as the standout look on a beach vacation in Mexico - with tanned legs, sea salt hair, and toes in the sand. But it actually came together in a sophisticated way thanks to sleek neutral accessories (structured hat, bag, shoes), and a swingy blowout. I'm excited to wear the top many more ways this season, with bell-bottoms and a top knot for errands, a white A-line skirt and low bun for brunch, and cut-offs + messy waves for beach days.

P.S. If you're in San Diego this Friday, come join me at Nordstrom Fashion Valley. I'll be there June 3rd from 5 to 7 pm to celebrate my new clothing and home lines. Hope to see you there!
