I remember when I first bought this sweater, a few seasons back, questioning whether I'd tire of the black pom poms that covered the entire thing. It's funny how it seemed like more of a statement piece and now I throw it on weekly without even batting an eyelash. I've always been a firm believer in a well-balanced wardrobe, one that's filled with well-made basics and a few fun, frivolously outlandish pieces (these, in particular, have been haunting me as of late). But it's nice to be reminded that even those items whose wearability we question, can turn out to be true staples.
