23 Target Home Goods That Look Far More Expensive Than They Are
It had been a while since I visited a Target when I finally ventured out to see our line of cupcakes and cashmere planners in person. To my surprise, I ended up spending the better part of an hour wandering the home good aisles, thrilled by the discovery of flea market-worthy stoneware and furniture worthy of a luxe design store. As soon as I got home, I rounded up a few of my favorite items to share below, for those also looking for an affordable spring refresh:
Pink Stoneware Vase ($10): For Sloan's room (but, also, maybe for mine?).
Rustic Weathered Planter ($20): I love the textured, weathered look against the bright white.
Gray Stoneware Vase ($10): I would be thrilled if I came across this style at the flea market.
Stoneware Vase ($20): A Vermont-style stoneware that feels lived-in and homey.
3-Compartment Woven Tray ($16): A pretty place for coffee table essentials, like the remote and matchboxes.
Milk Crate Basket ($12): I'd use this in our dining room credenza to hold napkins.
Decorative Cube Basket ($30): For corralling blankets and odds 'n' ends (be they cat or Sloan toys).
White Coiled Rope Basket ($16): A linen closet or laundry room workhorse.
Measuring Spoon Set ($8): An often overlooked opportunity for kitchen decor.
Food Dome ($15): A pretty way to keep fruit flies at bay.
Glass Pour Over Coffee ($16): G and I are loyal to our pour-over routine, but I love the vintage look of this option.
Gold Knot Figurine ($20): A kitchen moment that looks much more expensive than it is.
Oversized Textured Throw Pillow ($30): The texture makes this monotone option far from boring.
Striped Pillow ($30): French linen vibes.
Faux Mohair Throw ($25): Another option that looks much more expensive than it is...
Neutral Textured Pillow ($20): I love the muted cream color here.
Upholstered Wood Ottoman ($99): Looks like something you might find at an L.A. design store, for under $100.
Rattan Lamp ($20): For dressing up an entryway.
Console Table ($149): So sleek and utilitarian.
Cane Desk ($169): The prettiest desk, for someone with a low-key work setup.
Stoneware Birdhouse ($19): How sweet would this look hanging from a front porch?
Lovers' Knot Door Mat ($30): A chic woven welcome mat.
Textured Basket ($18): A pretty place to put pots and plants.
