Even in sunny, beautiful L.A., winter can be harsh on skin. Between the dry climate, cold(ish) recent weather, and excessive use of heaters indoors, I've been noticing considerably more redness, but with the right products and makeup, at least I'm able to conceal it. To begin, I start with a good moisturizer. Recently, I've been using OLAY Regenerist Whip because it acts like an incredibly decadent moisturizer, calming down my skin and reducing the look of fine lines and wrinkles, but still feels unbelievably light. As an added bonus, it absorbs oils throughout the day so that my skin looks dewy, not oily, by the end of it, even under makeup. Paired with a bright lip and brightening powder, you'd never know my skin isn't flawless underneath. Here's what my makeup routine looks like this season:
