Danielle Keene

Danielle Keene is the owner and pastry chef of Sheila Mae, a dessert catering company

based in Los Angeles. After training at Water Grill, Campanile and A.O.C. she was

pastry chef for several top Los Angeles restaurants—The Little Door, Blair’s, and

Wilshire. Her desserts have appeared on the covers of Los Angeles Times Food section

and Pasadena magazine. She has been a spokesperson for Got Milk and Farmer Brothers

coffee. Danielle was a contestant on the premiere episode of Cake Wars on Food

Network and a finalist on the first season of Top Chef Just Desserts on Bravo. Sheila Mae

creates specialty cakes and beautiful dessert bars for wedding, birthdays and celebrations

throughout South California.
