Wish List
I can’t remember the last time I wrote a letter to Santa, but I figure a post dedicated to my wish list is just as effective. I appreciate practical presents like socks and lint removers, but there’s something special about extravagant luxuries that you wouldn’t buy for yourself. That doesn’t necessarily mean expensive (the pretty file folders I picked out below are only $18), but simply things that add a bit of joy and glamour to your daily routine.

I may take a cue from you and add some lux dark nail polish to my list because you’re right–the holidays are a time to splurge on extravagances you wouldn’t necessarily buy for yourself…not just the crockpot, yoga DVDs, and snow boots I asked for this year.

What a great list! I know exactly what you mean about wanting things (even little things like file folders) that you wouldn’t necessarily buy for yourself. Every year I put Dior Diorshow mascara on my list because I love it but somehow I just can purchase it myself.
