White Chocolate-Peppermint Cookies
I somehow manage to incorporate peppermint into nearly every dessert I make during the holidays (evidenced here). The red and white colors are so festive and when paired with white chocolate, it’s such an indulgent combination. Last night, after a particularly trying day, I needed my entire apartment to smell of various chocolates and this recipe did the trick.

I love how the peppermint adds a little life (in color) for the cookies. I’m sure they taste delicious too!
these look festively fabulous! nothing says christmas like peppermint cookies:)
I need to try these on the weekend. They look far more festive than the citrus cupcakes I made an hour ago. Funilly after a long day at work.
These cookies look amazing… Love white chocolate!

Mmm those cookies look so good! Love anything peppermint. Have you ever made peppermint hearts? They always remind me of Christmases growing up!
oh, these look goooood.
I hosted a Christmas party on Friday, and I went a bit overboard with the baking. Of course, I had a batch of choc cupcakes with peppermint frosting. I think I need to try these next.
This sounds great! I did my own holiday baking this weekend (all documented here: http://style-obsession.blogspot.com/2009/12/christmas-cookies.html), but this recipe seems too good to ignore!

OH I should not be craving cookies at 7:30 in the morning. Haha.
I think that incorporating peppermint into every dessert one makes is entirely logical this time of year! In fact, I just might follow your lead. These look lovely!
Wow, very impressive. I want them right now!
Not usually a fan of the chocolate/mint combo … but for these gorgeous treats, I might have to make an exception!
Well, I think I’ve died and gone to cookie heaven!

I made these last year by Martha (!) and they gave me some trouble but turned out great! They were so so sweet though, half of one was enough to fill your sweet cravings for the day! A huge hit at parties though, they just looked so pretty:)
