White and Tan

I used to avoid tan-colored clothing since I felt that it washed out my (not exactly natural) blond hair. It’s kind of like that saying that redheads should avoid red, I suppose. But when I found this cashmere sweater (that’s on sale) that veered more towards burnt caramel, I gave it a try. I’m surprisingly into the slightly monochromatic look, especially when broken up with a bright lip.

    I was never really the biggest fan of the color tan either up until the point when I realized how versatile it is. Now, I can’t wait to get my hands on that perfect tan piece of clothing.
    This J. Crew sweater that you’re wearing is so lovely with those wonderful white stripes. The lace skirt plays off the white perfectly and the bright lip definitely makes everything more fun!
