Weekend Warrior

This weekend, I’m planning on taking advantage of the chilly weather and will be dividing my time between lounging around in my pajamas and engaging in holiday themed activities.  Here’s what I’ve got going on:

-Buying our Christmas tree (believe it or not, they have the best prices around)
-Decorating the tree (in whites, silvers and blues) while drinking this
-Attending my friend’s annual Gingerbread House party (I’m leaning towards these for my roof)
-Making white bean soup in our crock pot so that it’s ready when we get home
-Organizing my closet so I can accommodate for these

Great to see that atleast some pepole are getting prepared for Christmas : – ) I’m leaving on Friday to Spain, and I haven’t even thought of anything. Packing or things I should do. Mabye I should start. Hehe.

I’ve been sitting in front of the fireplace all day today, reading/playing on my lap top, with a newly decorated christmas tree… it has been wonderful!

we did that cider for halloween, it was so yummy! how did yours turn out? you may also want to try a baked apple toddy, where you first bake apples (in lots of butter and cinnamon) in the oven until extremely mushy, place in the mugs, and then pour the apple cider over it. this version was a much bigger hit at my house!

love love love the seychelles..my boyfriend is obsessed with round toe heels so I emailed these in hopes he might buy them for christmas!
