Urban Outfitters has long been my dependable source for vintage-inspired clothing, long before I became obsessed with flea markets. Up until recently, I had no idea that the store was also an incredible resource for shoes. Besides the pages of boots and ballet flats online, I was most impressed with their selection of sandals. Ranging in price from under $30 to about $200, they all have distinguishing details that make them unique. I love the combination of materials on the Athena sandal, which has a strappy metallic upper topped with a dusty rose-colored suede. The Fringe sandal is exceptionally priced and the fringe-trimmed t-strap is an unconventional way to embrace the free spirit look that they personify. Lastly, Matt Bernson’s Swain sandal gets my vote for his zipper-trimmed straps in one of my favorite color combinations, black and gold.
