Lately I’ve been into mixing and matching conservative pieces with much more relaxed items, like these tailored trousers with one of my favorite slouchy sweatshirts. By sticking with one color, it creates a streamlined silhouette that doesn’t feel too stuffy.

I would never have thought to wear two grey items together but it really works! The lipstick and gold are nice touches.
I love this look! That shade of grey can be hard to wear… makes some skin tones look washed out, but on you its lovely! Also really like this concept for dressing for work. By pairing the sweatshirt with tailored pants I can still look professional, but be a bit more comfy dashing around to clients.

I’ve been a longtime fan of your blog, but this is my first comment. Just popping in to say that I love that locale! The Urban Light sculpture is my favorite, and I love visiting LACMA at night so I can see it in all its bright-grid glory.
In addition, I have to admit that normally I’m turned off by head to toe monochrome, but it looks so fresh and effortless on you. I may have to change my mind!
