Gifted Elizabeth and James Juliet Dress, Club Monaco Necklace, Seychelles Heels, Vintage Clutch

I went through a phase when I rarely left the house without some sort of belt. The one downside? Every time I ate, I had to discreetly remove the tight piece of leather that fought to remain closed. Perhaps that speaks to my tendency to overeat, but nobody can deny the miraculous effects of a little waist cinching. I’m enamored with the entire Elizabeth and James spring line, but this dress in particular stole my heart. The pale peach color is a current favorite and the gray belt is not only a sleek contrast, but deceptively comfortable.

hahaha – so funny. I have to do the same thing with my belts! After I eat I have to adjust it to the next hole. Glad to hear I’m not alone.

I just recently purchased this dress at my local Myer store in Australia. As soon as I walked into the store (with the intention to only look and not buy anything) I was so excited I snatched up a size 8 frantically and without even trying it on headed straight to the register. Once I got it home, I tried it on much to the amusement of my boyfriend and have to say it is probably one of the nicest dresses that I possess. Oh, and I only paid $99 for it. Bargain!
