Summertime S’mores
I wonder if there will ever be a greater combination of flavors than those in a S’more.*
*Occasionally I mix peanut butter, chocolate chips and coconut flakes on a spoon and shove it into my mouth, but it isn’t quite as appealing.

The only other flavor combination that can rival a s’mores is butter, garlic, lemon and parsley. Other than that, no. Nothing will ever beat it. Also, I like your substitution snack on a spoon. Good idea

I’m almost ashamed to admit that I have never had a S’more in my entire 24 years of life. But I do love graham crackers & chocolate. I must try my hand at these. Your nails look fabulous, by the way.

Smores are the perfect summer treat! There is actually an incredible restaurant in Atlanta that will bring a mini fire pit and the makings of smores to your table. It’s heaven! Also, your nails look great! They are glowing

I always get frustrated when the chocolate doesn’t get all melty right away, so i’ve started using the digestive cookies that already have chocolate on them. Makes for a VERY gooey treat!
I have had gourmet smores that use a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup instead of a Hershey Bar. It does the impossible … takes perfection and makes it more perfect.
S’Mores is the best thing about summer…. possibly. Your nail color is so hot!
My friend just bought a house with a firepit in the backyard and I can’t WAIT to descend upon it with marshmallows in-hand!

i’m at the beach again, but i had to check in to see what emily is up to. i love s’mores! look how cute the neon nails look with that yummy treat. i think s’mores influenced my ice cream preference. chocolate marshmallow is my fave.
I don’t think I’ve ever see the neon nail/smore combo, but it looks great!
Smores are my all time favorite, and my daughter’s, too. We experiment with different chcolates – Caramello is a good one for a surprise burst of caramel. mmmm, now I want one.

I couldn’t agree with you more! S’mores are amazing!! I sometimes make them in the microwave with chocolate chips for a quick treat.
I need! And not just the s’mores, mind you – I need that nail polish, as well – love how it looks so bright against your dark-toned ensemble!
yummmmmm… we used to make them in the microwave in college. now we toast the mallows over our gas stove and smear peanut butter on the graham, too! instead of calling them s’mores, we call them ‘better thans’ because they are better than s’mores!

Oh! Sometimes I put banana slice on mine. I also like to burn my mallow in different layers and it really melts the chocolate!

Ahhh fabulous! My boyfriend and I tried to make s’mores on our camping trip the other weekend and sometime between us building the campfire and him putting up the tent, I ate the ENTIRE bag of marshmallows. Whoops… no s’mores for him!

Um, no…they are the greatest combo of ingredients ever. Though I have been known to mix peanut butter and chocolate fudge with vanilla ice cream…quite delish! BTW love that your neon nails are like a campfire next to the S’mores!!

Your photos are too fun and making me really want to roast a few marshmallows right about now! Whenever I make Smores I always use chocolate graham crackers and dark chocolate Hershey bars…because honestly, can we ever have too much chocolate??

You’re too cute. I don’t think I’ve had s’mores in years. It’s funny, I have the biggest sweet tooth in the summer. Desserts taste extra great in the hot weather. Well, this was my favorite childhood treat, oh, and marshmallow cream straight out of the jar!

Looove your brighter than the sun nails! My favorite thing to do is roast the mallow then stick a rolo on the end of the stick then when you slide it off with the graham cracker and chocolate you end up with a rolo filled mallow.

Or try subbing the chocolate for a reese’s peanut butter cup. It’s called a gourmet s’more and it’s so good!

A close second is the banana boat, which I used to make camping with girl scouts: peel one side of the banana, cut it down the middle, stuff it with marshmallows and chocolate chips, recover with the peel, wrap in tin foil and put on the campfire. Once it’s heated, eat with a spoon

When you can’t get a fire going, grab some graham crackers, fluffer nutter (the marshmallow spread), and a jar of Nutella. Voila! S’mores in an instant! No flame, no mess
