It’s no surprise that my current fixation with all things super preppy stems from the religious experience I’ve had with the show, Gossip Girl. While it’s undoubtedly easier to dress the part in winter, the temperatures are still mild enough to pull off a cute, conservative outfit. These Hansel from Basel Knee Pad Thigh-High Socks are such a playful way to embrace the trend, with contrasting circles placed on the knee in a variety of fun colors. I’m partial to the white with black, seeing as how they’d probably be the easiest to coordinate with the appropriate shoes, but all three options channel such a fun, old school charm that will be sure to knock your socks off.
