My boys went to the beach yesterday with this BTL in their lunchbox and they were very very happy . I think this will become one of their favourites because this morning they ordered them for the school lunch box – for them and for their friends !!! So you recipe is now also famous in Belgium

That looks delicious!! Today on Ina’s show – she made a roasted red pepper sandwich on ciabatta with goat cheese and red onion.. It looked amazing!! Both my favorites : Ina & Giada!!

I love salmon BLT’s. BLTs are great on their own, but adding a fish really kicks it up a notch. I don’t know if you ever go to Trader Joe’s, but they just started carrying these smoked salmon and spinach crepes in the frozen aisle that are insanely delicious.
