Cupcakes and Cashmere

Sittin’ on the Dock of the Bay…

Tomorrow is the official start of my 10-day vacation spent up in Northern California. Due to some unfortunate natural disasters, however [read: 200 wildfires], my boyfriend and I have yet to determine exactly where we will be staying for the majority of the trip. Since he’s not a native of where I grew up, here are some of the things I can’t wait to share with him:

-Sunset on Mount Tam

-Grilled Ahi burger at Taylor’s Refresher in St. Helena

-Hike in Muir Woods

-Get ice cream at the Bi-Rite Creamery

-Walk across the Golden Gate Bridge (for those of you who have never had the chance, I’ve attached a link for a virtual experience)

-Wine tasting in Napa

I will write intermittently throughout my trip, but I will miss you all and will return with plenty of pictures!

    Have a great vacation, take lots of pictures! I’ve been to San Francisco quite a few times (my sis lives there), it’s one of my favorite cities in the world. I also loved Napa Valley, it’s beautiful. I’m obsessed with Sofia Coppola so I had to go to her dad’s winery. Try to go to Sonoma as well! Have fun :)

    My boyfriend’s office sent him to Northern California for 6 weeks and I got to go see him. We saw San Jose, Monterey, and San Francisco, and I fell in love with it all. Honestly, I’m jealous of you!
