Shark Bait
Aquaphobia \ak’wa-FO-be-a\ Morbid fear of water.
I’m not going to pretend that “Jaws” didn’t terrify me, but nonetheless, I’ve been fascinated with sharks ever since. This Sunday, July 27th, marks the 21st annual Shark Week on the Discovery Channel and I seriously can’t wait. Though it’s almost a guarantee that I won’t be going in the ocean for another year, it’s such a fun way to celebrate Summer.
I swear if this towel came in my size, I’d scoop it up immediately.

Way too cute! You should pick up an aa gray hoodie and put shark teeth all along the hood and black eyes at the top…then you;d have it…

That is adorable! In Korea, girls our age love this kind of thing and they all sport funky animal towels at the beach (they come in adult sizes). If I find a shark one I’ll get it for you! So far I’ve only seen frogs, tigers and pandas…. I think I’ll get one…

I don’t like horror movies, I never watch them
especially not jaws!
Oh my gawd, I haven’t even seen Jaws, but as a child, I could not swim alone (even if someone was nearby) for fear that a shark would come out of the deep end of the pool and come attack me.
Nowadays, I can’t swim alone cause I fear organisms in water will infiltrate into my body and take me over. (see “body horror” on wikipedia.)
But that towel is adorable. Have you seen “shark attack” on Improv Everywhere?
