Top Tips: Cheese Plate

I'm obsessed with cheese (it's one of my top three favorite foods alongside chocolate and bread). There's not a type I won't eat and most days I manage to incorporate it into every meal. But let's be honest - it's an intimidatingly expansive subject and even the biggest connoisseurs can find themselves overwhelmed by all of the options. With help from The Cheese Store of Beverly Hills, I made a very basic chart with some tips on how to create a well-balanced cheese plate, complete with different varieties, textures, and flavors.
