The nature of a small business - especially one like ours that involves the documentation of our personal and at-home life - is such that employees are more like friends and family than people you just work with. We hired our editorial director, Alina, this past October, and she quickly became a close confidant and part of our nearest and dearest circle. So far, she's shared a peek inside her makeup bag and some of her favorite spots in L.A., but we thought it would be fun to do a little questionnaire with one another.
