Scalloped Edges

I’m a firm believer that scalloped edges make just about anything infinitely cuter.  Whether it’s on some dainty stationery or along the neckline of a blazer, it makes an impact in such a delicate way.  For spring, I love the idea of neutral basics with sweet lines and these are some of my current favorites.  I can imagine myself living in any of these pieces with nothing more than a subtle tan, some punchy lipstick and flat sandals.

    Great selections – of course I liked the most expensive one best, sigh! One of my favorite dresses is a Catherine Malandrino with a scalloped hem and neckline (love). The detail just brings such a whimsical edge to clothes.

    Oh I do love that little white Forever21 romper. Great price! I may have to check that out, but I’m not quite sure I can really pull off that romper look but I’m always willing to give it another try. :)

    I agree with you it makes everything look more delicate. I love scalloped edges and wear clothes with them a lot. Some people say it makes a person look like an old lady but I don’t think so, I think it is simply cute.
