Rosemary Potato and Chicken Pizza
There really isn’t a time of day when I wouldn’t be content eating pizza. Whether it’s for breakfast or a late night snack, I don’t discriminate. I came across this recipe a few weeks back and have probably made it five times since then. It has no tomato sauce, but the lemony garlic butter complements the roasted potatoes and chicken perfectly. You could easily spend the day kneading the dough, but I buy mine for a few dollars at a local pizzeria. Plus, that extra time would be better spent making something like this for dessert.

i wish i can have that now, you’re so talented at cooking/baking!
Yes, I’m obsessed with sauceless pizzas .. more room to experiment with different flavor combinations.
This makes me salivate even at 10 in teh morning!!
You post the recipes! I will definitely be trying this! Thanks!x
yumyum: D
my goodness! this looks seriously delicious!
I love rings and necklaces you make! When I can buy someone? Regards
Wow, that looks good!!!
Thank you SO much for posting this! The day that California Pizza Kitchen took that pizza off their menu was a very sad day in my life- in fact, I *still* remember it. And now I rarely ever eat there, because that was the only pizza I liked.
(but of course, I always thought I was the only person on the planet that liked that pizza, so I’m sure CPK isn’t exactly missing my business.
I’m dragging Husband to the store tonight so we can give this a whirl! YAY! ♥
Yum! This looks so good!
I’m making a couple of different pizzas for mothers day this seems like a good one to try!

I could eat pizza any time of the day too. It’s the one food that always sounds good to me. This looks so delicious!!! I usually buy my pizza dough from Trader Joe’s, but I’ll have to try getting it from a pizzeria next time instead.

I too love all pizzas – sauceless or otherwise. I completely forgot about this combination – as someone mentioned CPK had it eons ago (have been there in as long, and when I went I was more of the tricolore salad pizza gal).
I have some extra dough in the freezer from my last kneading session (I make extras) and this might be the reason to defrost it.
Thanks!!
this does look amazing. i need to go pick up some pizza dough now. yum

BE STILL MY HEART! I ordered a potato and leeks pie last weekend and it was delicious. You’ve inspired me to try this recipe!!!! Or, have my boyfriend try it, heh.
OMG. Always forget how great of a tool for texture and flavor delivery potatoes are. If you’re feeling omelettes (given the time of day and all)… give this a go, we winged it last week and it was great—eggs w/ some saffron, ‘taters~homefries cubed, tiny bit of gruyere, chives, generous helping of goat cheese, caramelized onions, and a stick of gum for afterwards
Happy weekend!
Yow, it sounds like the absolute perfect food.
Omg yum. I consider myself addicted to pizza and loving making it myself just as much as ordering in.

YUMMM!
I have two questions: 1) what nailpolish color are you wearing? And 2) kinda similar to what another commenter wrote, but how on earth do you eat all this amazing food and have such a beautiful figure?! I think you are a great example of somebody who really and truly eats what she wants to eat and doesn’t deprive herself, and is also happy with her body…. Am I right? I think a lot of girls struggle with this issue, so just wanted to get your take/ view.
Love your blog!
Looks delicious! I’ll have to try this recipe this weekend!
This looks nothing short of amazing. And despite that I read about those marshmallow shakes on your blog a few months back, I STILL haven’t made them yet! Seriously time for me to get home and mix up a batch.

Sounds and looks delish! I have to agree – love pizza. I was in Florida two weeks ago, and had the best pesto pizza ever at a farmers market -took it home, heated in a frying pan (as was suggested) and ate one slice each – seriously to die…my sister and I were thinking of jumping in the car and trying to get back before they closed to get more! Luck for her, the pizza guy is there every Friday! Happy weekend.
