Forever 21 Top, Miu Miu Collar and Heels, Kate Spade Skirt, Cupcakes and Cashmere for Coach Bag, Essie Topless and Barefoot Nail Polish

For those times you want a preppy look without the weight of a button-down, a detachable collar is pretty much the only way to go. Since I never got my hands on Miu Miu’s earlier version with cats, this ’70s-inspired print is a close second. It feels wonderfully androgynous, in a necklace-meets-bow-tie sort of way that’s the ideal balance to a frilly lace shirt and pink accessories.
