Pizza My Heart

For some reason, everything tastes better in Northern California. Perhaps it’s the fog that makes a hot pizza that much more appealing, or the abundance of quaint little restaurants like Pizzeria Delfina, for which we made a special trip into San Francisco. With a wonderful assortment of Italian beers, fresh herbs at each table, and Neapolitan-inspired pizzas that are equally crisp as they are chewy, this made for the perfect lunch. But, since no meal is complete without dessert, we walked down the street to Bi-Rite creamery, where we indulged in their homemade Salted Caramel and Mexican Chocolate ice cream.
