Petal Pink

October 7th, 2010

When it comes to pink interiors, it’s hard to find the right shade.   There are endless options available, but most are too Pepto Bismol-y or give the impression that a baby girl is on the way.  Since I’ll have my own office in our new place, I wanted it to be the one spot that felt decidedly sweet.   I went with a pale pink and to keep it from looking too saccharine, I’m going to showcase a lot of my beat-up vintage finds (like these and these) and complement it with white and gold accessories.

I love this blog. I’m adding you as a favorite and will check in often. This pink bedroom looks far better than the one I used to have before I moved to L.A.! It gives me inspiration to work on my bedroom boudoir concept!

What a gorgeous colour combo! I am doing a wedding next spring with the same colour scheme and I am pumped, but I never thought of it for interior design – good luck!
