Peony Pink

March 16th, 2008

One of my favorite things about Sundays is the abundance of Farmers’ Markets in the Los Angeles area. This morning, I picked up two bouquets of pink peonies for $4 each. There’s something special about walking around with an inconspicuous brown paper bag, the inside of which is bursting with incredible colors. I was inspired to incorporate that same vibrant pink onto my toenails and decided on ‘Chastity‘ by Essie. Though it’s not sandal weather quite yet, every time I catch a glimpse of my bright pink toenails when I slip off my shoes, I’m reminded of the warm temperatures soon to come.

Those flowers are beautiful… I want to have flowers at home again. It’s been hard since I have 6 naughty cats and a 2 year old kid who loves to play with everything. I’m determined to bring the beauty back to my home!!! Yay!!!
