There’s nothing that beats a refreshing cocktail on a summer evening. This recipe calls for only a few ingredients, and relies on the sweet, fresh flavors of local peaches. We made some last night and deemed them our new drink for warm weather entertaining. What’s your go-to beverage for summer?

    looks absolutely deeeeeeelish! Have you ever tried pimms? When I was in Europe for the Summer that was my drink… fill the pitcher with oranges, cucumbers, lemons and your good to go! You almost forget it’s alcohol until you have had like 5 pitchers! :)

    My favorite cocktail is the Sugar ( the name of my last night bar) :
    Strawberry juice 3cl in a round high glass
    Ice
    Fresh mint in pieces
    Sugar sirup (just a little)
    And a lot of good Champagne !!
    Excellent for summer nights…

    My go-to summer drink? Definitely Lemonade. Any sort, regular, strawberry, raspberry, peach… you name it.
    The drink looks great and certainly refreshing, if only I didn’t drink… ;)

    These looks positively refreshing. I always go straight for a mojito. Best flavour I’ve ever tried is coconut and chilli but after coming across some watermelon mojito pops, they’re on my to-drink list!
