Cupcakes and Cashmere

October Sky

September 29th, 2009

My boyfriend kindly allowed me to decorate our entryway for Halloween, as long as I agreed not to let things get too tacky.  Trust me, it’s way more challenging than you’d think.  I skipped the witch figurines, goofy pumpkins and hanging ghosts and opted for a sleeker take on the haunting holiday.

How do you decorate for Halloween?

  1. Wow I love the sparkly skeleton head…and the little hands. I have a large skull bowl I bought last year and like to fill it with candy. Also I love these little guys at Pier 1, we hung some on our fireplace last year:

As well as orange twinkle lights in the fireplace…or purple!
