After Tuesday’s post, it became increasingly apparent that it was time to invest in a great leather jacket. I had purchased several affordable options in the past (like this one), but the thick, constricting feel made them terribly unappealing. This Vince jacket is buttery soft, lightweight and I love that it’s stretchy enough to roll up the sleeves. It’s great for mild nights in L.A. and is somehow even cuter when zipped up.

I remember about nine or ten years ago my college friends and I went out and had all our jackets stolen from a bar. It was awful, most specifically because I lost a gorgeous leather jacket that was SO soft. Now I suspect I’d have outgrown my love of it, since it was a bit longer than today’s trend, but it scarred me for a long time! This one is super pretty and feminine:)

It’s adorable! I agree that leather jackets seem so difficult to purchase. I’m really picky about the way they fit me since I’m rather petite (only 5’3″ and 102 pounds) and don’t want to feel overwhelmed by jacket. Ok so where to start. everybody needs a black leather jacket this season. They were already in last year, I mean every year but now it’s all about leather. The dress goes with it very well bur back here in Spain it’s still melting hot at night so I’ll have to hold off a few months.

As much as I love this blog, one thing I have a tough time with is the cost of the clothing you show on your site. Do you really think young girls and women in this economy have $775. 00 laying around to spend on a leather jacket? Albeit, the jacket is amazing, of course.
