New York Minute
My weekend in New York was spent running to and from parties, meeting other bloggers, indulging in a few too many slices of pizza and shopping for an entire afternoon in Soho. I can’t wait to see what the next few days have in store, but in the meantime, here’s a peek at how I spent my Sunday.
My boyfriend and I spent Valentine’s Day apart, but I made sure he had some love (in the form of chocolate) to last him the weekend.
Pink hearts adorned the sidewalks in Soho (thanks to Judy for lending her beautiful boots for the picture).
I threw on some festive red tights to break up an all-black ensemble.
I nearly got tackled for snapping this shot inside Topshop, but I just loved the cheery display.
And lastly, a burger and fries (from here) for dinner.

I LOVE Burger Joint! I recognized the paper fries bag and burger wrapper right away. Hands down, best burger in NYC. Best part is walking through the Parker Meridien lobby to the neon burger in the corner. It’s a different world inside. I lived on the west coast for a while and I think Burger Joint comes the closest to Cali burgers (though they haven’t won “best burger” in NYC for several years).

Is that the GAP puffer from this year?? I have it and looooove it! It’s the sleeping bag coat for sexy hots (like me and yoooou) who want to cover their bum in the cold and still look chic and trim. And the hood is amazing.

I love the red tights…they just make everything else pop!
I actually painted those cute hearts on the street!! It was part of a Newmindspace event in celebration of valentines day. We all met up at 2 am and then were split up so that there were 2 people on each street. The hearts in front of Top Shop are actually the exact hearts that I painted. I am glad they are appreciated!!!
