And water should be both before you got to bed and in the morning. And I swear by this, wiping a rose water dipped cotton ball all over your face and neck before you sleep instead of using toner reduces puffiness in the eyelids and reduces redness on your skin. Plus you ll smell amazing! And another thing, for bags under the eyes and dark circles, dip a cotton ball in milk and wipe it under them, you ll have smoother whiter under eyes in no time.

I have very dry skin too – once every two weeks or so I give myself a little at-home facial- I cleanse with a milky cleanser, exfoliate with Nasstaja Enzyme Facial Peel, and then I massage my skin with argan oil. It leaves me glowing and my skin feels sooo soft, even in the winter!

I take them daily and should I miss a couple days, I know; my skin becomes dry and begins to break out as it did before I began taking primrose oil. They are also the best (and very economic!) moisturizer in town as you can break open a capsule and slather it directly onto your skin.

I swear any fine lines are completely gone by morning and the skin feels stronger, less fine and delicate. -Peter Thomas Roth Unwrinkle Peel Pads: incredible!! Will literally re-texturize your skin. I stopped using them for about 6 months and noticed my skin went back to dull and textured and broken out. Within the first few days of starting back up, my skin was completely transformed and smooth again. -Johnson&Johnson baby shampoo: the BEST shampoo for my hair type, hands down. I was skeptical at first after doing a little research on others who swear by it, tried it any ways and my hair has never been shinier, silkier and BOUNCIER!! I have long fine hair and with this shampoo, because its so mild, my hair doesn’t get weighed down by a million ingredients. I have tried everything and baby shampoo is all i will use now. -Viviscal: it’s a hair vitamin (used primarily by models) and when i use it, my hair literally will not shed. If you feel like your losing too much hair when you brush, this will literally hold your hair on your head and grow new ones. My hairstylist was shocked (i go in every 6 mos) last time because she couldn’t believe how much thinker my hair had gotten. Lastly, juicing. At least 25 oz everday. I juice kale cucumber, spinach, celery an apple and 3 carrots and my skin is glowing. I wont wear foundation or bronzer because i don’t want to mask the glow ;)
