My Darling Clementine

Mondays have a bad reputation, but Tuesdays certainly seem just as bad, especially when it’s sunny outside and I’m stuck under flourescent lighting in an office. To remedy my sad situation, my boyfriend and I decided to stop by one of our favorite eateries, Clementine, during our lunch hour and brought our food to a local park. Though Clementine has an extensive menu, I never stray from the rare roast beef with horseradish mustard dressing, marinated onions and arugula on rustic bread. After just a few minutes on a warm park bench, my Tuesday was completely salvaged.
